After trawling round some dire short-term house shares in Derby and feeling consigned to mediocre hotels, I contacted CAS who were able to find an absolute bargain of a self-catered room. New-to-market, with excellent facilities and just ten minutes‟ walk to the office, I was in a full month before it was advertised to the general public. I still don’t know how they found it but it was perfect for the duration of my contract. Tremendous value and very convenient.

After accepting a 4 month contracting role in the Leeds area (250+ miles from home) I attempted to locate accommodation in the area that would be a decent home from home for the lowest price possible. With the exception of the Etap hotel I found nothing for under £70 a night using the usual websites until I came across the CAS website. After 1 phone call and confirmation email I block booked a 1 bedroom serviced apartment for £45 a night.
The customer service at CAS is excellent and having a single point of contact to deal with any accommodation issues saves me so much time. With the nature of my work I have had to make fairly frequent calls to CAS in order to cancel/change bookings at short notice. This has never been a problem and I always get an email within an hour confirming my request has been actioned. I have recommended CAS to 2 colleagues who are also getting great savings and an excellent service from CAS.

After using the service of CAS, I will never look anywhere else again. I found them to be extremely helpful from day one. They were very understanding of my needs and made everything easy. They gave me options and full information – everything was so transparent. I will certainly use them for all my contracting accommodation needs and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

It does what it says on the tin – I give the postcode of where I need to stay, the specification of what I require and the amount I have to spend and they do the rest. At the same time a very quick response and best value for money is achieved and some first class accommodation acquired; leaving me time to get on with other things which is great as there is often plenty to do as notification of work contracts is often delivered to me at very short notice
